This function allows you to submit an unequivocal withdrawal statement for a contract or order concluded online. Recording confirms receipt of the statement; it does not automatically establish that the right applies in the specific case or automatically approve a return or reimbursement.

Where a right of withdrawal exists, the usual period is 14 calendar days. Its exact start, conditions and any exceptions depend on the contract, product or service and delivery.

You do not need to give a reason for your decision. After submission, the store assesses whether the right applies, the condition of the goods and any statutory exceptions under applicable law and its published policy.

This online function is an additional way to exercise the right of withdrawal and does not exclude other methods permitted by law or the store policy.
